Lizzy’s Bakehouse is a small family farmstand in Gilbert, Arizona. We only collect what we need to take your order and let you know about open days. This page explains what that is and how we handle it.

What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email, phone number, and the items you reserve. When you join Lizzy’s List we collect your email and, if you choose, your phone number. That is it. We do not ask for or store any payment card information, because we take payment by Venmo, Zelle, or cash directly.

How we use it

We use your contact details to confirm your order, send pickup details, and let you know when the next drop is open. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone else.

Drop alerts

Lizzy’s List is opt-in. Every alert includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can ask us to remove you at any time.

Keeping your info safe

Your details are stored with the website and used only by Lizzy’s Bakehouse. If you would like us to delete your information, just reach out and we will take care of it.
